FAQs + Policies 

Check In: 

  • Check-in time is 4pm. Early arrivals may inquire with the front desk on room status.
  • Must be at least 21 to rent a room.
  • Valid credit or debit card along with photo identification required at check in. Name on credit card or debit card must match the name on the reservation and photo ID.
  • If you are not the credit card holder, please get in touch with hotel for details regarding our credit card policy.
  • Reservations confirmed with an invalid credit card are subject to cancellation without notification.
  • Registered guest only can pick up keys.

Check Out: 

  • Check-out is at 11am.
  • Late check-out may be requested at front desk. Fee may be applied and based upon availability.
  • Please deposit room keys at the front desk. A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you if an email address is on file.

Policies:

  • Cancellation 
    Must cancel 24 hours in advance of your stay to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Pets
    We do not accept pets.
  • Service Animals 
    We welcome service animals required by the ADA. Only dogs trained to perform specific tasks related to a disability are considered service animals. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.  Service animals must remain on a leash, harness or under control at all times and cannot be left in the room.  If the animal is disruptive, aggressive or not housebroken, we may ask that it be removed.
  • Smoking 
    Our hotel rooms are non-smoking. A $250 “Room Recovery Fee” will be accessed for smoking in a guest room.
  • Under 21
    Children under 18 are welcome if accompanied by a person 21+ on the track apron, in any of our restaurants, and on Level 1. However Champions, located on level 4, has some restrictions – children under 18 are only allowed one hour prior to live racing and 30 minutes after live racing concludes. Children and adults under the age of 21 are not allowed to access the casino floor, located on Level 2.
