• Doors open to Bishop Ballroom at The Meadows Events Center
• Military displays and veteran’s affairs organizations will have booths near entrance to Bishop Ballroom
11am
• Patriotic songs performed by Southeast Polk Chamber Ensemble Choir
• Presentation of Colors by Polk County Sheriff’s Office Color Guard
• National Anthem performed by Southeast Polk Chamber Ensemble Choir
• Pledge of Allegiance recitation by Cub Scout Pack 83 and Girl Troop 33
11:30am
• Welcome and introduction of state and local officials – Gary Palmer, President/CEO Prairie Meadows and Steve Van Oort, District 3 Polk County Board of Supervisors
• GIVE Golf Check Presentation Jeff Delvaux
