Opening For At-Large Representative on the Prairie Meadows Board

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 4.1 of Prairie Meadows’ Bylaws, Prairie Meadows’ Five Elected Directors are to select, subject to approval by a majority of the full Board of Directors, one (1) person to serve on Prairie Meadows Board of Directors at Prairie Meadows Annual Meeting to be held on November 18, 2026. The term is for three (3) years and shall commence upon the conclusion of the November 18, 2026, meeting.

Inasmuch as it is necessary for each Director to satisfy a thorough examination of his or her personal history (financial, criminal, etc.) conducted by the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation, the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, and/or other regulatory agencies, and substantial information must thus be provided by each potential Director; we will need each interested person to submit to Prairie Meadows in writing (attention: Brian Ohorilko), on or before October 19, 2026, his or her name, address and phone number, together with confirmation that he or she is willing to divulge all required information and complete all required forms, plus any additional information he or she deems relevant.
