Blackbaud ID Help

If you already have a Blackbaud ID, simply sign in using your existing username and password. If the new portal does not recognize your email and password, you'll need to create a Blackbaud ID.

Creating a Blackbaud ID only takes a few minutes:

  1. Go to the Blackbaud Sign In page and select Create Account.
  2. Choose how you'd like to sign in:
    • Email
    • Google
    • Apple
    • Facebook
    • Microsoft

Note: If you choose Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, you'll complete the sign-in process through that provider. The remaining steps apply only if you choose Email.

  1. Enter your email address and select Send Verification Code.
  2. Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email.
  3. Create a password (at least 12 characters with one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character).
  4. Enter your first and last name.
  5. Select Sign Up to create your account and login.
