Meeting Facilities

Prairie Meadows is excited to offer over 14,000 square feet of meeting space, including a variety of room configurations designed to meet your needs. Scheduled to open in February 2007, our state-of-the-art facilities will provide you with everything necessary to make your next event a success. From serious business meetings to wedding receptions and social events, we're ready to take your reservation. Trackside Meeting Facilities

The Prairie Rose Room
The Prairie Rose is a private room which overlooks the track and is glassed in on three sides. It can be used for daytime meetings or evening occasions, accommodates 65 people comfortably and has a private bar.

The Pavilion
The Pavilion accommodates 180 people, is completely enclosed, has a bar, mutuel windows, restrooms, and is completely separate from the main facility. Located on the edge of the track, the Pavilion is accessed by exiting the main facility at track level, and going north across the Apron. Requires a minimum of 75 people. The Pavilion has private restrooms and easy access to deliver decorations and displays.

North Turfside
This is an open area at the north end of the Clubhouse on Level 4. It offers guests terraced seating overlooking the racetrack. Each terrace table has a flat screen plasma television to watch live racing or simulcast racing.

Trackside Hospitality Tent
Located on the track apron overlooking the race track the Trackside Tent will accommodate 85 people and is the perfect place for company outings and after work cocktail receptions.

The Meadows Events & Conference Center

Altoona Room
The Altoona room is approximately 665 sq ft. with LCD, computer interface, and audio components.

Polk County Room
The Polk County Room is approximately 665 sq. ft. with LCD, computer interface, audio components.

Meadows Ballroom
The Meadows Ballroom is over 14,100 sq ft. of function space with a 3,000 sq ft. stage and complete Audio Visual capabilities with five projection screens. This area can be divided into 5 different spaces to accommodate multiple groups.

Meadows Ballroom A
This area includes the stage and two projection screens. This space is approximately 4,500 sq ft.

Meadows Ballroom B
This area is approximately 4,500 sq ft. includes A/V equipment and two projection screens.

Meadows Ballroom C
This area is approximately 4,000 sq ft. and includes A/V equipment and one projection screen.

Salon 1
This area is over 1,300 sq ft of function space that is divided from Ballroom C.

Salon 2
This area is over 1,200 sq ft. of function space.

Salon 3
This area is over 1,200 sq ft of function space that includes A/V equipment and one projection screen.
